The place is perfectly clean with nicely furnished and generous sized room, and views of the sea.

Nothing, no complaints at all!

I had the unique opportunity to sample their own wines and olive oil. The outdoor terrace with the pool and olive trees was perfect for a relaxing stay. Plus, free breakfast, airport shuttle, and a poolside bar!

Oh, I hated having access to domains purchased only during business hours. Such a hassle, I could barely contain my frustration.

our stay at casa alice was simply outstanding. from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a glass of wine and friendly conversation. the spacious and clean rooms, along with the jacuzzi bath, made for a truly relaxing experience. the breakfast selection was fantastic and the pool area was perfect for unwinding. the local recommendations from the helpful host made our time in rovinj even more enjoyable.

The apartment is quiet, amazing, just off Rovinj and all of the destinations, and the center and the sea. Outstanding service, thank you. The breakfast is with homemade bread, delicious and savoury. There's views of the sea. Staff is best and excellent.

Conveniently located next to a restaurant, the beach, and the city center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Everything was just perfect for us! 😊

It's an immaculately clean property, QUITE COMFORTABLE stay on vacation.

The location itself was peaceful and absolutely perfect in the old town. Staff was amazingly attentive at any hour. Breakfast was also gorgeous with homegrown food by the owner and had outstanding service.

Wi-Fi was very spotty and I had very uncomfortable bed, or was just lucky.

Friendly hosts and staff. Great breakfast with freshly made eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a variety of other options. Relaxing pool area with enough shade and sun. Comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. Quiet location, close to the beach and a short walk to the old town.

Our stay at the Casa Alice was very pleasant, staff was nice and friendly, the owner even picked us up from the station and took us back there.The hotel was close enough to the city center, but away from all the traffic noise etc. The room was very clean and well equipped, the decor and furnishings were elegant, nice pool area and relaxed atmosphere. We will come back and recommend it to others.

A restaurant for lunch or dinner would be an improvement. The owner told us that he had plans for it already.

Rooms are very spacious and clean and the massage bath tub was simply wonderful at the end of an exhausted day. High standard services, rich and very tasty breakfast, helpful and hospitable staff and of course the most friendly of them, the owner Christian....all of these made our stay an amazing experience. You should try the olive oil made by owner himself! Many thanks for the complimentary wine!

Nothing to complain, just an advice for those with not so updated gps, the street has recently change the name from Concetta into Paola Deperisa so...try the previous name if you have an older version of the maps on your navigation systems.

I had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the charming old town and the beautiful Dalmatian Coast. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations for restaurants and day trips. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The pool area was well-maintained and a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

The wifi in the room was a bit unreliable at times.
